The C.A.F. Mission:

Our goal is to combine the thrill of activities like hiking, climbing, biking, skiing and other events, with fundraising efforts to advance research and awareness for Crohn’s and IBD conditions.

During these activities patients, family and friends will learn about themselves, This will lead to adversity which will help them to deal with their condition.  The C.A.F. will bring you the most exciting ways to educate and fight IBD conditions.

Why Adventure Activities:

During his early 20’s the founder of the C.A.F. Brian Greenberg, found a love for the outdoors and adventure sports.  At this time in his life he was in remission from Crohn’s, but still was learning how to deal with his condition.

Brian found that being able to adapt to any situation during his expeditions, gave him a unique perspective on how to deal with Crohn's.  Now he wants to share what he learned, so others with  IBD's can learn how to adapt and deal with their conditions with such a positive attitude and outlook the way he does.

The C.A.F. Starting Goals:

Starting in the Northeast region, the C.A.F. will be hosting events and adventures to support research and awareness.  Starting locally the C.A.F. will help teenagers and young adults with the One Adventure At A Time scholarship fund, which will help young IBD sufferers through their college years with the overall rising costs of higher education.
